3yo constantly picking up bits of fluff and glitter

My 3yo dd is becoming increasingly obsessed with picking up bits of glitter, fluff, feathers from the floor, and insisting we keep them. She also wants to keep nail cuttings, sleep dust from her eyes etc.
We take the items and usually just put them down “somewhere safe”, or pretend to put them in our pockets.
she is happy with this, and 99% of the time doesn’t ask for them again.
just wondering if this is normal as I’m a bit worried it might be heading into the realms of OCD or hoarding. TIA

OCD or hoarding? Bit of an extreme reaction from you.
It's perfectly normal for small children to collect random stuff.

I would just hoover more often. And instead of fluff and glitter being around I'd maybe place an odd shell or shiny hairclip or lego piece etc that she can pick up and add to her collection.
