Best sling

I want to be able to walk around with baby in some sort of holder/sling.

I don't like the material ones you wrap around your body. I would rather have one already constructed.

I saw Stacey Dooley on a Amazon advert for a brand, but can't find the sling anymore.

Any pointers?

Do you have a sling library near you? They're great for trying out different options as it's a very personal thing.
I use the ergobaby with my 2 month old and really like it. Softer than more structured ones so nice for both around the house and going for walks. Although will need something different when he gets a bit bigger

Koala babycare sling was great for me when baby was that small. Then the omni 360 for when she got a bit older. The omni 360 can be used for newborns but I felt she was too small for that type of carrier.

There is no best sling - what will be great for one will be crap for someone else.

Visit a sling library when you can and try several out, make sure you check your own comfort but also that your baby is sitting correctly - high up, airway clear, legs in the M position

Agree with @Okdaisy the Ergobaby newborn embrace is great for little babies.
Structured but easy to put on and super soft
