Hi my 2.5 year old had a cold 2 weeks ago I then got a cold then tonsillitis started antibiotics on thur, then he started with a cold again at the start of the week. He's had a temp around 39 since yesterday. Managed with calpol and Nurofen. He's woke up from his nap and looks a little miserable l. Gave him a quick check over and found his tongue like the picture. Quick google and came up with ?strep throat/scarlet fever. His lymph nodes on his throat a massive at on side. He doesn't seem to be in pain. Reduced appetite but drinking ok. Voice sounds off but unsure if it's because of the cold. No rash.Anyway thoughts on if it's likely to be either?the hold time for out of hours is 2 hours😅
