3 year old doesn’t sleep through night

Looking for advice on what to try, my three year old still doesn’t sleep through the night usually it was once twice since he was 2 for a kiss and tuck back in , but recently it’s gone to every hour waking refusing to go back to bed or even stay in bed, things that worked before just putting him back to bed with minimal speaking just back in to bed and night love you, but what is strange he sleeps through at his dads house but not at home and all his dad does is puts him to bed with milk and that’s him for 12/13 hours, one shattered mum here.
I do think it’s to do with wanting to be with me all the time which I love as he struggles to leave house without me to be other others eg go to dads or grandparents without a screaming match about staying home or me going with, any suggestions which I could try I would be grateful

Well the obvious answers are to either sleep train or co sleep. Does he self settle?

If you don't want to/can't do sleep I would do back to bed with one 'it's bedtime now' and then silence after that.

I think this book covers the trips to your bed Wink

No advice but some solidarity as my 3 has slept through the night only a handful of times. We had a good run of not waking unit 4 or 5 just before she turned 3 but that didn't last.
My daughters poor sleep is reflux and allergy related so we are currently pursuing a second option for treatment
