I have a 16 week old breastfed baby who would go 2-3 days between poos. Now she's done about 12 in 3 days. She has a cough/cold and will not settle or stop crying. no temp and poos are normal just a hell of a lot more frequent. She had RSV 6 weeks ago which she recovered from but has always been snotty since about 3 weeks. (has an older brother at nursery so bugs are unavoidable)
