what age would YOU say this is suitable for?

here i know the elc say 18 months but would you think 1 year old would be ok?
im not sure if the toy manufactures are over cauctious or what?

ds had one from about 9 months,.. we had to put him down it at first but he is 18 months now and has been climbing the stairs for a few months.

is a good one, as you can have it in the lounge occassionally if bad weather ass qiute small
