Normally you would see a post about transitioning from formula to cows milk, but this is one from cows milk back to formula. My 13 month old has been on cows milk for about 2 months now, we did a gradual transition. The nursery gave her a bottle of formula yesterday as she was unsettled and now we have had very bad nappies. One nappy was green/white mucus the rest have just been bad diarrhea. I'm trying to work out if it is the bottle of formula she has had or if it is something else I should be concerned about.
