Baby guzzling

Help! Baby sometimes chugs down on bottles and then throws milk back up. I'm on the smallest Mam teat, 0 for newborns as my DS is 4 weeks but was prem, so can't go smaller. I do the drip test before giving it to him, 1 drop a second. The teat doesn't look damaged but should I replace it anyway? Or is it him being over hungry so nothing to do with bottle?

My baby did this but it ended up she had CMPA and it stopped once I cut out dairy (she was on expressed milk). We often just fed her in the bath because clean up was easier 😂

Wasn't expecting replies so early! Guess I should have known mums would be awake. Yes we're doing paced feeding, but as soon as the bottle goes up again he starts gulping it. He doesn't do it everytime so don't think it's an intolerance, just being greedy sometimes?
