Bogus false social services allegations

Hello posting for advice my poor sister has had social services in contact and has had crazy false claims sent to them, they are completely false.

i am very very close to my sister and her children and the list of allegations are mad and crazy, they have basically made up anything they can, saying she’s a drug addict, alcoholic urinates in her garden constantly shouts at her children, her children are scared of her etc etc.

we are so confused why anyone would do this, my sisters oldest son has SEN, awaiting official autism diagnosis he goes to bed very late and is quite vocal the only thing we can think of is a fed up neighbour.

there is no way any of the allegations are true; they are saying she walks around in her garden naked in December aswell.

looking for reassurance as their dad isn’t around and my sister is petrified of the report and so worried anything will happen to her children.

has anyone else ever had a false claim and what is best to do from here?

Yes I have. I had a phone call and I expect they checked with my child's school that there were no concerns. That was the end of it. I do however sympathise. I was very upset by it.

Yes. It’s very stressful. Make notes of dates. Have everything in writing. You will need it as evidence. Social workers lie
