I was very unwell Monday with a temperature, chills, aching body etc but I had a nasty UTI which I was given antibiotics for so I presumed it was side effects of that. Today DH has become unwell with similar symptoms so has done a lateral flow test which was an immediate blazing positive. So I did a test and I have a faint line, presumably because I’m over the worst now. Within hours both of our children (4 and 1 year old) have developed a fever and have it too. I will be keeping them off from childcare and school until we have negative tests but how long in your experience have your children had symptoms with Covid and how unwell were they?
