Hi all, was hoping for some help/advice on my DD. She was sleeping 10-12 hours a night up until 6 months old and was honestly amazing and I couldn’t believe my luck. She is BF currently with a bottle of formula before bed. She is now 8 months old and wakes up every night at 1.30am like clockwork and nothing what so ever will settle her except a breast feed. I’m at my whitts end and struggling alone (my partner doesn’t wake up through the night or help at all but that’s a different story) Does anyone have any advice on breaking habitual wakings? I would just love to get some sleep and be happier.
