Baby bath seats

My baby is 5 months and is happy to sit supported. I was thinking of getting her a sit up bath seat, however to save costs I was wondering if we could use the plastic seat from her mama's and Papa's snug seat. Has anyone tried this.
I know it hasn't got suction pads on the bottom and I wouldn't leave her unattended.

What do you currently have?
We are still using our baby bath with my 3yo she loves being able to sit in a really deep bubbly bath

She did have a baby bath, but it's up in the loft atm, as she got too big for it. She lays down in the bath ATM, but could sit if we had something to sit her in. I can hold her but can't play with her at the same time.

Thanks. Appreciate the suggestion, but I'm not looking to purchase anything additional unless really needed. I'm hoping that we could use the mama and papas seat, just wondering if anyone else used it in the bath.

You need the suckers in my opinion otherwise the seat is going to move or not be stable.

If you don't want to get a seat (I got my last one on Facebook). Invest in a non slip bath matt - Amazon do great cheap ones that fit the whole of the bath

I can imagine it sliding everywhere without proper grip, and being quite dangerous. I just hold with one hand and play/ soap with the other.

Try her sat in the baby bath as you still have it. It will tell you if a seat would do what you want. My daughter is 3 and still can sit in a baby bath. She prefers it too the big bath as she is a bit more independent and we can play with her and the toys without worrying about her slipping under the water!

We used this and my little one absolutely loved it. She has grown out of it now but used it for over a year and a half.

We used this too, so cute!

We used the Angelcare bath seat which doesn't have suckers. I don't think they are required. You are going to be right there.

She might be a bit little still, as they do need to be sitting in a stable way, but a washing basket in the bath worked wonders for our two. It keeps all the toys close and gives them something to lean on.
