Just looking for a little advice.
My wee one is 6 months old, he had a normal looking nappy rash end of last week then the last couple of days these small white hole things started appearing.
Took him to the doctors this morning who have taken a swab which won't be back till tuesday but have no idea what it could be but gave multiple creams to try out.
Has anyone else's baby had this, if so what was it. Seriously stressing and don't wanna wait till Tuesday to find out.
