My daughter was diagnosed with hands foot and mouth disease on Tuesday and then by Wednesday me and my partner found our throats are so sore we can’t swallow anything and hands feel like paper cuts - defo think we got it too. Such bad timing as it was our daughters 1st birthday party this weekend which I’ve cancelled and trying to reschedule! How long are you usually contagious for with this?
