Trying to cut a long story short. My ex DH took me to court for more time with our DD, I was fine with this as long as it was safe (smokes a hell of a lot of weed and on a lot of medication, used to sleep all day) he was drug tested once, he knew it was coming so he shaved his head (they use hair samples) so the results were "clear" they couldn't actually get enough.
Fast forward us being separated nearly 3 years, I know he still smokes weed but with no proof I haven't taken it any further, as long as it doesn't affect DD then I don't care. However, when she brings stuff home from his, school clothes, teddies etc, they absolutely STINK of weed.
AIBU to report this to someone? If so, who?! He may well not be doing it with her in the house, but I wouldn't know either way.
