Rash/raised red bumps on baby's belly

Has anyone seen or experienced anything similar to this?
Small red bumps that are raised on my 7 month olds belly and I've now noticed them on her arms
She seems okay in herself!
Any advice or help would be greatly appreciated thanks!

Sorry I cant really help you my son had this when he had his mmr vaccine at 12 months. But obviously your children is only 7 months. Maybe ask your gp. They should no what it is. X

Contact 111 and check what they think. Absolutely dont trust strangers on the internet when it comes to rashes on babies. It’d probably something and nothing but at 7 months old you need a medical professional to tell you that. It’s so hard to tell from one photo. Hopefully the rash disappears soon!

My ds had it at 3mo. Dr said it was eczema. I used childs farm products on him from then on and hes been fine. But id still take him drs for them to check him over

My guess is viral rash but do get checked
