My 11 year old son has got really dry skin around the sides of his face, ears and neck which is irritating him. He's been using E45 cream but that doesn't seem to be the doing trick so was wondering if anyone had any recommendations? He's also just recently developed really bad dandruff, like I'm talking really big thick flakes. He says this doesn't itch and Head & Shoulders does seem to help with this but I was wondering if it might be connected or if it might be a puberty thing?
