Baby is 10 months

past week or so his cheeks are bright red, get progressively redder throughout the day to nighttime where bright red.

don’t think teething as not showing normal signs as such, no temperature or fever. Don’t know whether it’s weather related. And I don’t think it’s because he’s too warm either

I know you say no normal signs of teething but have you run your finger over his gums to see if you can feel anything coming through?

Red cheeks were always an early warning sign for us.

Ours rarely have a temperature when teething. Often can't feel anything either. Sometime not even much drool, but usually sticking fingers in mouth or rubbing their ears

Slapped cheek syndrome a possibility? Google it xx
