Washing powder

I have been using ecover ecological washing tablets to wash all of the babies clothers, but i just realised its biological. should I be concerned? Anyone else using this? The baby is only 5 days old!

I would think it only matters if your baby develops a rash because of the powder which I would think is unlikely.
