Calm and bright sleep support

Has anyone used this service for sleep training, a plan is £89 and then any telephone support is starting at £89, don't want to waste my money

I used Good Night Baby https://www.goodnightbaby.co.uk/ as it was £100 for 3 months unlimited support which I thought was really good value, especially compared to some I saw online which were like £600 for an hour!
