5 year old is clingy and wont sleep in her own bed

My daughter is a very happy girl but she is very clingy on me, if I'm in the house she will need to know where I am at all times, often following me from room to room. At night time she wont fall asleep unless my husband or I are lying on her floor, and EVERY night she jumps into bed with me, often I don't even wake up. My husband has taken to going into the spare room which isn't good for our marriage and we don't want it to continue. Any tips on a) getting her to settle at bedtime and b) staying in her bed all night. If I can crack the sleeping I can cope with the clingy-ness in the day!

All three of my kids inc my 10 year old need someone to lie with them before the go to sleep. I cherish this. Sometimes it’s the only time my 10 year old tells me stuff. My 8 year and 5 year old still come in most nights. My husband goes in the spare room. I dont have a problem with it. It won’t last forever. I see it as more time with them. Doesn’t affect my marriage at all. We go to bed together most nights despite all the is. Don’t know how to stop them to be honest. It’s natural.
