Strep Throat - 3yo throwing up all antibiotics

Hi all. Grateful for some insight into the latest illness in the month long saga in our house.
As of this morning my 3 year old has been diagnosed with a pretty bad case of strep throat with a possible viral infection as well. She is miserable to say the least. Was prescribed penicillin. I managed to get this into her and then she went to sleep for a while, when she woke she vomited continuously and repeatedly so clearly the penicillin is a no go. I rang the Doctors back and they then gave me clarithromycin. As soon as I tried to give it to her she instantly vomited it straight back up. I backed off for a while trying to let her stomach settle and managed to get some calpol into her in the meantime and then about 2 hours later tried again and again she immediately vomited it back up. For context when she was about 18 months she ended up really ill and they gave me penicillin and other medication and essentially told me I had to force it down her, which I did for days which did not work and brought us back to hospital where they basically said she was now completely traumatised and would likely never take oral penicillin again. Today was the first time since then we have tried her with any antibiotics and if I’m honest it’s only in the last 6 months we could even get calpol into her but she was just refusing not vomiting and she isn’t doing it forcefully or trying to make her sick, it’s literally immediately. Obviously I’m going to ring the doctors again in the morning and I suspect they will either tell me to keep trying or give her amoxicillin and to try it but what happens if I literally can’t get her to keep down any antibiotic? What do we do? I’m so worried about this getting worse untreated and also that they’ll just advise me to keep forcing it which I really really don’t want to do after last time. Has anyone ever had this before?
