I had a traumatic birthing experience and have a debrief coming up.. not sure what to exodus

The anticipation is that you've had time to think about and begin processing what happened and will presumably have questions about why certain things occurred, so it's an opportunity for you to gain some answers and hopefully some closure on the experience.
