Random spots allergy?

Is it normal for toddlers/children to come out in spots randomly?
back in June my daughter had infected eczema on the crease of her arm we treat it straight away with antibiotic cream. Soon after that she started coming out in these blisters that got bigger and bigger and she was getting new ones everyday. She was fine in her self the whole time and they wasn’t itching her. We got prescribed 3 different antibiotics and different creams because no one know what they were. They finally went after about a month but left some hyperpigmentation. We finally had a dermatologist appointment a few weeks ago and she said because the gp didn’t do any swaps she can’t tell 100% what they were but she thinks of the pictures it was bullous impetigo cause by the infected eczema. I mention to her that she keeps coming out in random spots but they’re not getting as big as the other ones they’re coming out in a spot get a bit red then leave a scar even though she’s not scratched them.
She said this is normal for children to get random spots?
I’m starting to wonder if she has an allergy she was a very sicky baby we tried prescribed milk which helped a bit but not a lot and she kind of grew out of being sick. She gets very bloated and I know kids get pop belly’s but hers is something else (she doesn’t complain it hurts though and doesn’t effect her) she always makes a noise like she’s thrown up in her mouth like a sicky burp but nothing comes out. Always sound congested especially when she’s been running round. And then obviously got these spots?
Any body got similar?

With you saying that she sounds congested, I’d think milk allergy.
When you say congested after running around I’d think asthma.
What washing powder/softner are you using? What shampoo/soap are you using?
Have you tried giving her antihistamine for a week to see what happens?

@DustyLee123 we’ve still use the same wash powder and stuff since she was born which is fairy non bio. Same shampoo dove baby and we wash her body in epiderm cream which can be used in the shower.
ive not done when she had the spots that were really bad we used antihistamines to help calm them down and it did help. I’ll post of picture of how bad it got. Haven’t got any recent pictures of what her new ones look like though
shes 2 years 7 months
