Husband asked for escort address

I have an awful situation where my husband has messaged an escort via sms, to an email address, of an escort. I cannot see the entirety of the thread but it starts with the escort saying ‘Yea’ and ends with her supplying her address. I have since messaged this account (iCloud) and I have received no response. He says that there was nothing acted upon and it was a tool for masturbation. How would I be able to acquire definitive evidence from him that his story is accurate? I don’t believe him but I want to file for a divorce and I want hard evidence to run with.

I also had next day delivery lingerie ads appear on my social media whilst away from our home and we had had an argument. Again, this is very likely not enough evidence to use but I have the intuition to know that this was again another escort related activity.

Evidence won’t make a jot if difference to your divorce or any settlement arising.

You want to divorce him, you (rightly) believe he was intending to have sex with this sex worker. Don’t tie yourself in knots and bother arguing with the sleaze-bag. Just crack on with divorce proceedings and tell him he’s welcome to fuck himself and others.

Why do need evidence that he actually slept with an escort ? You can divorce someone for any reason you like. He's hardly going to admit it is he. And emailing them to ask for their address is certainly a good enough reason, even if he denies it.

And - a masturbation aid ? Most people wank without having to contact a sex worker and get their home a

You don't need evidence to divorce now, the law changed last April so all divorce falls under "no fault". You can also apply online for it. Make sure your finances are court approved before applying for the final absolute though.

I jusr wanted to ask if anyone else has experienced this or shed some light on this topic.
seeing a Escort site profile of a woman on a reading page on the IPAD, is this possible it’s appeared in the reading list alone or it more likely someone has blatantly been on this site and saved it for a rweason.

I know I should be going with my gut for sure. Just keeps telling me no idea how it’s got there it could have come from streaming a sports page you get pop ups I keep getting told. It’s not a pop up does he really think I’m stupid, you click on the page and it’s straight to a woman and her profile. I just don’t get why not own up to it or being on it atleast . Said he would send me phone bills and statements but were on day 5 now and I still have received nothing. I know I don’t have anymore proof just that but surely like you say it doesn’t just magically appear does it. I don’t know how I’m going to know if he met anyone or not on this I will never know.
