DD had her 2 month vaccination today and was told be given calpol thrice, she vomited all of her third dose, should I repeat the dose or leave it if she seems fine ? X

Leave it. The calpol is only to make her more comfortable with any shot pain etc.

Don't give anymore. She will have taken some even if she vomited. Calpol is liquid paracetamol, so you need to be very careful not to overdose.
