Can I give my 3 year old Kwells Kids?

My 3 year old suffers really badly from travel sickness, always has done. We've tried ginger, aromatherapy and wrist bands, nothing works!

NHS website says the drug in Kwells Kids can be given at age 3 but packaging says only from 4 - not sure what to do! Please help!

It looks like Kwells Kids can be given at age 2 in Australia, so I think it should be fine given the NHS website says it is fine for age 3.

I had exactly the same dilemma and after I read the info on the NHS website that said it was fine I did give it him at 3 and there was no issues.
