Ex husband and I have a court order that says where the children should reside. The children spend equal time with each of us. We have always done the pick ups and drop offs at school on our designated days. But now ex husband wants his partner to do the pick ups without giving me the first offer or refusal. I dont think this is right as it's only the 2 of us with parental responsibility.
What do you think? I think we should ask the other parent firat before nominating someone else. It works both ways.
