Still worrying, help!

So I posted in here previously about worrying about my baby's development. She is 9 months old now and is still not crawling and not really bearing weight on her feet for more than a few seconds. I know we shouldn't compare but looking back on videos of my son at the same age he is walking in a walker, pulling up on the stairs and starting to crawl.
DD doesn't like being on her tummy, she will cry or roll over to be on her back so I'm struggling to see how she will get some crawling practice in? Any advice? Should we talk to the HV about a physio referral?

9 months seems pretty early to be worried. The health visitor won’t refer to physio until at least 18 months. You’ll have developmental check soon anyway where you’ll be able to raise any concerns.

We’re a lot further along - my DD is not doing those things at 16 months. She never crawled but started bum shuffling at 13-14 months. I’ve spoken to the health visitor several times and just keep being told to wait for 18 months but another doctor we saw in an unrelated A&E trip did recommend trying to get a referral sooner rather than later.
