Cucumber confusion

How do I serve my nearly 14 month old cucumber ?? I'm worried about the skin, can I just peel it off and give her sticks or is there a better way? She has teeth but only the front ones

Just wash it and cut into sticks. Fine like that from 6 months, no need to peel. When 12 months can cut into bite sized pieces

Just chop into sticks or rounds is fine, sticks might be easier to hold.

DD would have a really good go at corn on the cob at that age, gnawing at it like a crazy thing, the skin on the cucumber won't be an issue,
