I LOVE mindless scrolling of my phone, to the point I pick it up without even realising I'm doing it. Which is something I want to cut right back on. My question is when do you have time to do it? I'm trying to cut back so daytime is spent quality time with my children then evenings I'm not sat opposite ends of the sofa to my husband scrolling away but actually speaking and watching tv together. The only other time I have is nap time which is where I'm running round doing housework! What time of the day do people find to scroll through social media etc?
