15 month old eating

Hi, my baby has just turned 15 months and she seems like a bottomless pit at the moment. I'm worried about over feeding her but she is literally devouring every meal, I've added in supper as well now. Does anyone else give their toddler supper? Today she has eaten:

5am - 7oz milk (she went back to sleep)
8am Breakfast - 2 banana and avocado pancakes with blueberries on the side
10.30am Snack - cheese and cucumber sticks
12.30pm Lunch - fish goujons, carrot and Swede mash and garden peas
2.45pm Snack - mini cheddars and Greek yogurt
5.15pm Dinner - lasagne with broccoli and sliced apple for pudding (she only ate abit of the apple)
6.45pm Supper - porridge with peanut butter and raspberries
7.15pm - 8oz milk

Any advice welcome? Maybe it's just a phase/growth spurt? She is 50th centile when she was last weighed (she's followed this line since birth)

Seems healthy and normal. She's enjoying her food and has a good appetite. I wouldn't worry - be happy and enjoy watching her enjoy her food. Don't overthink it. As long as she's not eating crap all day, at this age it's fine. You'll probably find in a few months she has a tiny appetite. It varies and changes. Just follow her cues and don't force her to eat more than she wants and don't let her go hungry. She's growing.

Thanks @cigarettesNalcohol I think I am definitely overthinking it. The health visitor told me a while ago to be careful to not overfeed so think that's played on my mind! Appreciate your response Smile

My 17 month old is very similar. He's eaten huge portions and seconds of pretty much every meal since 8months ish. He's still around 50th centile but eats more than double any other kids his age.

I wouldn't worry as long as you keep the food healthy most of the time.

My daughter is 20 months old and is the exact same. I literally can’t believe how much she eats.

I agree that as long as what they are eating is reasonably healthy you should just let them self regulate I wouldn’t want to give my DD any sort of complex about food so don’t really tell her she can’t have any more if she’s saying she’s hungry (just as I wouldn’t force her to eat something she doesn’t want). Not least because she will literally stand next to fridge and yell CHEESE until you give her her cheese.

@wishuponastar1988 yes health visitors say things like this but from you have said you're not over feeding her

@Fleur405 @P0mbears thank you. She clearly just loves her food at the moment. Nursery said she had 3 portions of lunch one day last week and then 2 portions on another day Grin it's reassuring hearing from others so thanks again!
