What does your 1 nap schedule look like?

16mo DD has finally dropped to one nap this week but feel all over the place with timings. She wakes between 6-6:30am but can’t make it past 11 without needing that sleep and is only doing 1.5 hours so waking at 12:30, then bed at 6:30 which feels like a really long time to keep her up. Any advice?

At the moment I’m giving breakfast at 7:30, a big snack at 10 and then lunch at 1 and dinner at 5..

We stopped the morning nap at 18 months and she's usually up at 6:30am, nap from roughly 1 to 3pm bed at around 7:30pm. Lunch is before the nap. We've done this for about a year now. She's grumpy towards nap time and bedtime and does resist the nap on occasions recently but we're preserving.

21 month old DC:

Get up about 6:30 (awake before this but this is when we start getting ready for the day)

Breakfast about 7

Lunch at 12 or 12:30

Post-lunch nap can be up to an hour or can just not happen...

Mid-afternoon snack about 3:30

Dinner about 6

Aim to be in bed for 7:30

19.5 month old DS on a non-nursery day:
Wake between 7 - 7:30 (if he wakes before 7 we leave him to chill in his cot unless he's really upset).
Breakfast 7:30
Snack 10:00
Lunch 11:45
Nap 12:30 - 2:30 (sometimes naps for only 1.5 hours but still put in his cot at these times)
Snack 3:00
Bath (including getting into pyjamas & teeth) 6:00 - 6:30
Story book, song & bed 7:00 - 7:15

Some nights he drops off straightaway and some nights he's awake in his cot until 8pm but he doesn't get upset.

14 months old
Down to one nap and have been for a couple months now (not by choice, he just refused to nap twice at nursery)
Times do vary depending if he's at nursery or not.

Wakes roughly 6:30/7am
Breakfast 7:30/8am
Snack 9:30/10am
Lunch 11/11:30am
Nap 12 (so at home he will happily have 2/3hrs, nursery can vary from 30mins to 2hrs)
Snack varies depending on time he wakes
Tea 3:30pm
Then he eats with us at home at 6:30pm
Bath and bed 7:30/8pm

From 17 months and still going at 2.5

5.45am wake up
7am breakfast
10.30am big snack
12-2pm nap
2pm lunch
5.30pm supper
6.30pm bath & bed routine starts
7.30pm bed

If shorter nap or earlier wake up then earlier bedtime.

At that age my DD was awake 4-5h before needing a nap of 2-2.5h and the awake 5-6h before night sleep. Now at 19 months she is awake 5-6h before nap of 1.5-2h, then awake 5-6.5h before night sleep. I remember she used to go sleeping 6-7.30pm during the summer when she was that age but now she goes usually 8-9pm which works perfectly for us.

My DD dropped the 2nd nap at 13months. It took her a good couple months for the lunchtime nap to lengthen, after which we'd mostly get 2hrs (previously on a 2 nap schedule she took short naps, so she didn't have much experience of longer naps before).

Also, the amount of sleep she needs in 24hrs has fluctuated every few months. She's currently on 2hrs more sleep per 24hr window than over this last summer (whether that's for growth spurt reasons or to do with the light I don't know).
