2yr old not pooped for 4 days.

My toddlers not had a poo for 4 days now. He had a tummy bug around a week ago. Is this quite common when recovering from a stomach bug?

I’d speak to the gp or your local pharmacist. Not having any bowel movement for four days doesn’t sound good. He may need some laxatives.
