Growing pains

Id like some advice please, as a first time parent I've got by but there are those things that I get stuck with the majority of the time and no one around me has answers.
My 6 year old is currently suffering with tummy ache, she's had it for 4 days. We've tried everything litreally. Nothing really seems to work, neurofen slows it down as does a hot water bottle.(for those that are over the top it's got water warm enough to soothe not scald) anyway apparently with growing pains it is common for them to have tummy ache? I mean she says it hurts and she's not screaming in pain so I'm unsure. Please help.

I'm still in the toddler stage so not familiar with growing pains but that doesn't sound quite right to me. If she's had constant tummy ache for four days I'm not sure I would put it down to growing pains. Best bet would be to speak to the GP x

More likely constipation. Give her probiotics for kids and live yogurt drinks
Plenty of Prune juice /orange juice
Even if she has pood she can still be constipated
