4 month sleep regression, anyone else?

God help me.

This is torture.

From sleeping from 8pm until 3am then up for a feed then back down until 7/8 to now waking up every 2/3 hours I am exhausted.

We didn't have this with my first. Is this our punishment 😂

Anyone else going through the same??

Argh yes, DS now 6 months but I remember it well.
I tried everything but realised I just had to ride it out and it was over in 2 weeks. First week my husband was on a business trip and it was absolute hell.
Once out the other side we worked on self settling and falling asleep independently and he sleeps 8-7 now.
