has kids that are completely the opposite?
Don't get me wrong, I'm not a complete pushover and have pretty strong opinions on stuff like politics, education and things I think are important. Day to day though, both DH and I are fairly mild mannered, don't sweat the small stuff people.
All 3 DC are the complete opposite. Stubborn as hell, strong willed, rail against any perceived minor infraction and will not give an inch on anything! Admittedly they are teens now but they have been the same since they were tiny. My DM is the same too as was late DMIL. It's obviously skipped a generation. It seems exhausting!
