Are these milk spots?!

Hi,
These spots have appeared on my baby’s face over the past couple of days and they seems to be getting worse/ she’s getting more. She’s 5 and a half weeks old. Are they milk spots? Could it be baby acne? Or something else?!

Looks like baby acne ☺️ Both mine had it starting at two weeks and it had cleared by around 8-10 weeks. My first born was absolutely covered with them, like a literal teenager!
