Where can I buy cheap joggers for tall 13 year old girl?

She's 5ft8 , slim and all legs. She's only 13 and wants to live in joggers. I was buying ladies size 8-10 trousers but now they are too short, so I'm wondering where can I buy cheapish joggers for her? Any ideas please?

Let me know if you find them. My DD is 14, and is 6ft1. And all leg. Nothing is long enough.

We've tried ASOS, they have a tall range but not a massive choice.
