2 year old tantrums

I'm just wondering what yous all think of this as I would like some advice
So I have a little boy who is 2 on the 27th November he is my second child,I also have a 5 year old boy.
The tantrums started a few months back now and to be fair it was all new to me because my first born didn't go through the 'terrible 2s' he didn't have tantrums at all he was quite chill.
I know tantrums are very normal but it seems to take my son a long time to calm down when he has them and the littlest thing can trigger him to go in a bad mood, it can take around 40 minutes to an hour.
He's never been a great sleeper, he does wake up a few times in the night crying too and I do think this is one of the reasons he's moody in the day! then he is up between 4-5am and I know this is an issue but nothing I do makes him sleep in any longer
I would say he's unhappy more than happy in the day, he doesn't like much he screams if I put him near his pram, he won't go in a car seat, doesn't want a nappy on, he doesn't want clothes on l, he doesn't want his hair brushed, even me putting my coat on can trigger him to he in a bad mood and he will kick off so it makes my mornings hell trying to get out the door to go to school for my oldest son and go to work, even tonight I tried to put a babygrow on him and it has took me around 30 minutes to calm him down so he's now went to bed in just a nappy 🫣

My 5 year old is a worrier and he is always anxious and when my youngest is screaming all morning it makes it worse and it can put him off going to school, and I'm not going to lie on the odd occasion I have thought about ringing the school and not taking him in because of how hard it is trying to get out the door with them both

Sorry for the rant but sometimes I feel like I'm the only one going through this

May I add his moods are that bad that my mum won't have him anymore either she said she'll start babysitting again when he calms down she says he is literally like the exorcist!! 😂

Some children are wired differently, one child can be super chilled and the next can be overwhelmed by all the noises and feelings and everything else.
I'm not sure I can add any advice to all that's out there on the internet already but you just have to sit with it and try to go on the journey with it!
