Red marks where nappy has rubbed

DS(3) has been in Pampers pull ups for a while but have noticed some red marks where it’s rubbed. The problem is he’s in size 8, so are there any bigger ones?

Mind son is in the same size 8 but not pull ups the nappy ones hes ,6 years old
