16mo DD is suddenly tantrummy and screaming, dribbling furiously and waking early at random times. Top canines coming in, bro sure about bottom ones. Not like her at all, normally very chirpy so to have a bundle of aggro and tantrums is a bit off character. I know we have some toddler tantrums anyway but refusing food, she’s hardly eaten at home (nursery seems fine weirdly). Constantly wants her dummy!
All 4 first molars are in and weren’t great but these top canines seem to be taking AGES to come in, I think I can just about see the white tip. Anyone else had similar with canines causing all sorts of problems?
