Baby rolled onto hard floor, should I worry?

My 4 month old was doing tummy time on her play mat which is on a rug, she rolled onto her back and her head ‘landed’ off the mat and on the wooden floor. She looked quite shocked and then cried and was very clingy and fussy for a few minutes but now seems fine…. do I need to worry??

No, I wouldn't worry. She probably just shocked herself rather than doing any damage.
One of my DCs rolled off an old fashioned high double bed onto one of those sisal floor coverings (can't call it a carpet) and had the pattern imprinted in his face for a couple of days. This was how we knew he had mastered rolling!
The older one fell down the stairs on the day we were going out to buy stair gates.

Edited to add: you get used to them falling over and bumping themselves as they get older and more mobile.

No, she didn't fall from any height, she just rolled. It wouldve hurt a bit and it will have shocked her too. Eventually (many many months and bumps later), she'll learn to lift head as she rolls/falls
