It was day time naps that were our issue, plus a generally grumpy overtired baby. Within a week it was like a dark cloud had lifted from the household. All four of us were so much happier. Julia is great at giving you a plan that suits you and what you are comfortable with but I would recommend being a bit braver and really listening to her.

Honest review here as there are no reviews anywhere regarding her services outside of testimonials on her website, which cannot be fully trusted. Hired her a few months ago and it was a disaster, Firstly, she has not done any assessment of my baby’s individual sleep needs, he turned out to be a very low sleep needs baby. Therefore, all her recommendations were useless, I couldn’t get my baby to sleep during the day. She was saying he is overtired in fact he was very under tired and cried hard, wasn’t able to settle to sleep. She recommended to leave to cry for 2 hours!!! 2hrs that’s just madness. People please save your money and find a better, more knowledgable and qualified consultant! Save your money!
I ended up using the baby sleep trainer method and had to adjust it myself to suit my LO it worked like a miracle for my baby! Just an honest review to help desperate mums out there to save the money and choose carefully!
