Bit of a long winded one - first time mum. Am I doing it right?

my 6 week year old baby boy struggles to settle at night. He’s not crying as such just very awake and when we go to put him down in the NTM he cry’s and needs settled either walking about or on shoulder- can take up to an hour each re settling which means by time we get to sleep, he’s back up for his feed (feeding 2-3 hours/ 4-5 oz bottles) and then I’m pumping through night also- one tired Mumma .

we play white noise, I bought a star projector for routine at night & using low stimulus but once he’s awake he’s wide eyed and bushy tailed.

he feeds 2/3 times overnight EBM (expressed)

im wanting to get into a routine and looking for advice.

was planning to try 8pm bath, massage, big bottle at 8.30, use tne projector on red to settle? He seems to like the projector so thinking he might relax watching it:

jusr not sure what I’m doing, am I doing it right and if this is normal?
