First of all thank you for reading my post.
We are a family of 4 (Colombian mum - English dad - 5 years old daughter and a year old boy) moving from St Albans to the north. My husband got a good job opportunity in Newcastle and we are moving in December half term.
My daughter is currently in reception in an outstanding catholic school.
We aren’t really familiar with the areas but those are the areas we are thinking on moving as we read they have good primary and secondary schools, we are looking to rent a 2 or 3 bedroom for a 1.000£.
with time we would love to buy a 4 bedroom house average price 320k. Can anyone please help me out with information regarding the areas. Which one is more affordable, excellent primary and secondary schools, extra kids activities, safer.
