Nobody has offered to pay me for having children. I don't understand the question really, surely depends on what you do?

£2k per month, working 4 days - 3 mornings in hospital F2F and the remainder flexibly from home. I’m a doctor in a total unicorn of a job in that I can work around school run, kids’ classes etc. Will jump by another few hundred next year. For level of responsibility it’s not masses but I’m happy where I am.
