Flat red spots on toddler’s body - anyone know what this is?

DS has just finished a course of antibiotics for an ear infection. He seems himself however this morning I’ve noticed quite a few red flat spots on his body. Does anyone know what this is?

The beginning of chicken pox?

It could be a reaction to the antibiotics.

I'd be tempted to ask the GP as an allergic response to antibiotics is important to note.
