Loosing the will

I feel like I am loosing the will 🫣. Our 16 week old LG just seems miserable, she spends more time crying than smiling. She has a suspected milk allergy ( 8 year old also has one as well ) she was put on aptamil pepti but refused to drink it, she was taking 1 - 2 oz then would just scream , her symptoms also continued. Loud tummy noises, watery poo, trapped wind ect. So the hv moved her to neocate again same thing she wouldn't drink it and would scream the house down hungry, she would latch to the bottle then within 30 seconds pull away again. Hv then said she has a food phobia ( I'm not convinced a 3 month old can develop one but thats a different story) so we put her back on cows milk because she needs to drink something. A friend suggested a cranial osteopath so we thought what have we got to loose ? So we visited one last week he said to move her to goats milk with a probiotic and that the lipid fats in prescribed milks are to much for her to digest. So she has been on this milk a week now and she is happy to drink it 3 oz at a time but she still seems miserable she spends more time crying with wind or just crying in general. I feel like something else is wrong but ive no idea what!! The only time she ever seems happy is getting in a bath, she is my 3rd child so I am under no illusion that babies arnt hard work but honestly I'm exhausted , sometimes she can cry on and off all day long. I am starting to reach a point were I dont want to leave the house because its a matter of time before she starts crying , not really sure why I am posting I just needed to vent.....

Have you tried goats milk? quite a few babies thrive on it. Or try changing the teats to slow flow etc. different teats for different conditions
