Nappy pants - do they come in + sizes?

Hi - my DS is currently in aldi nappies in 4+

Iv been trying to find some nappy pants in 4+ , does anyone know if any brands do this size?

Iv only seen size 4 and not 4+, we need extra absorbency

Fred and Flo (tesco) do a 4+ and pampers also do

Tesco and sainsburys have + nappy pants.

Pampers pants go up to a size 8, Aldi and Amazon go up to at least a 7.

Sorry just reread, thought you were looking for bigger sizes lol. Amazon has 4+ in nappies but doesn't seem to in pants, and I don't think Aldi does either. Looks like most of the pants only go up in single sizes not the +. Could you try moving up to a size 5 nappy pants instead?
